New strong Nordic three-party alliance

Denico Food Ingredients (Denmark), Food Innovation (Norway), and MULTIVAC (Denmark) today announce the establishment of a strong Nordic three-party alliance aimed at strengthening the delivery of advanced functional ingredient systems and technical support to food producers in the Nordic region.

The alliance combines the three companies’ complementary strengths in ingredient development, application expertise, process understanding, and local market insight. The collaboration includes functional ingredient blends, functional systems, and spice blends for food applications including meat, poultry, fish, and condiments.

As part of the alliance, MULTIVAC will act as distributor and partner in Denmark, while Food Innovation will serve as the exclusive distributor in Norway and Iceland, supported by Denico Food Ingredients’ technology center in Silkeborg.

The new alliance creates a strong platform to support food producers with innovative ingredient solutions and local technical support.
